This is Justin's fathers day card, I know "wild about you" isn't the usual fathers day greeting, but Charlotte is definitely wild about her daddy so I thought it was appropriate. I wanted to use some Garden Green DSP from the level 1 hostess pack but it's not really a colour that I've ever used so I went to the trusty old Colour Wheel and it suggested this colour combo (it also said Brilliant Blue as another coordinating colour and Rose Red as the complementary colour, but I chose to stick with 3 colours).
Stamps: Wild About You, Weathered
Ink: Bravo Burgundy, Certainly Celery, Garden Green
Cardstock: Kraft, Patterns II DSP pack, Certainly Celery, Very Vanilla, Bravo Burgundy
Accessories: Jumbo Eyelet, Certainly Celery 5/8" & 1/4" grosgrain, Bravo Burgundy 5/8" grosgrain, Crimper, Scallop Edge punch

Do you ever have one of those days where you can't get anything straight? This card has crooked stamps, embellishments & layers all over it lol
I made it as another of our Terrific Techniques cards for the Watercolouring class. We did 3 cards with each card focusing on a different watercolouring technique. We meet on the last saturday of the month (most months) if you are interested in joining us, the girls are a lovely group of ladies and we all have a blast!

Waratah Thank You
The terrific techniques girls decided to do watercolouring for our March class so I took the opportunity to use the new set Bloom Away. Not my usual style of stamp set so it was hard for me to design the cards but I'm happy with how they turned out. I'll share the other cards over the next few days.
Today is the day for the brand new catalogue so I'm sure I'll be back with a million announcements!
Stamps: Seeing Spots, Bloom Away
Ink: Red Riding Hood, Old Olive
Watercolouring: Classic Inkpads with Aquapainter; Rose Red, Riding Hood Red, Bravo Burgundy, Certainly Celery, Always Artichoke, Old Olive, Close to Cocoa
Cardstock: Certainly Celery, Always Artichoke, Whisper White, Watercolour paper, Riding Hood Red
Accessories: Designer Label, 1 1/4" & 1 3/8" Circle & Horizontal slot Punches, Bravo Burgandy 5/8" Grosgrain

Welcome Jenny
I made this card for Jenny, (she is my Lisa's new downline - so kind of like a Stampin' Up! sibling) to welcome her to our team, with the addition of Jenny we are now able to become an official team recognized by SU!
I love the instant friendships that get formed through stamping you meet people who you might not normally get to know and because of a common passion you just bond instantly. And though I still haven't met Jenny in person yet but I'm sure this will be another example of this kind of friendship.
Stamps: Oh So Lovely (Lvl 1 Hostess set), Warm Words, Weathered Background
Ink: Wild Wasabi, Purely Pomegranate, Sahara Sand, Versamark
Cardstock: Wild Wasabi, Purely Pomegranate, Very Vanilla
Accessories: Black EDP, Aquapainter, Very Vanilla Grosgrain, Purely Pomegranate DS Ribbon
