Convention fun!

I'm at convention this weekend! Having so much fun!
I drove myself to my aunty and uncle's place on thursday and after a bit of a hectic start (my alarm didn't go off until 20mins before I had to be at the train station - but I managed a super quick shower and made it with 2mins to spare!) I met with my upline Lisa and my online friend Pauline & her 2 dowlines on the train. We had a great time catching up and got to convention with time to check in do some swaps and some momento mall shopping:

I got the SU! Logo decor elements which is perfect for the car, it would also be great on a studio door or display board.


I also grabbed the card tree, the top is interchangeable, you can swap out the top with the SU! Logo if you use it as a workshop display or have an extra clip for another card or contact details if you were selling cards.


Anyway, next we headed over to general session, where we had some inspiring demonstrations and learnt about where SU! is as a business and where they want to go.
After Shannon west's demonstration she held the first prize patrol of convention and Lisa won! She got the tiny tags stamp set from the autumn/winter mini.


After a scrummy lunch we had our turn for break out classes where we were given some fantastic business tips by other demonstrators and SU! Home office staff. They split it so half had classes half had make and takes then we will swap in the morning! I have deliberately avoided the m&t ladies so I can get a surprise in the morning. I am really looking forward to making something designed by someone else!
