I'm so far behind in blogging!

It's not that I haven't been stamping, I've been doing heaps (well considering there's an 11 1/2 week old in the house...), it's just that I haven't been uploading! So I'm going to upload up a storm tonight and schedule some posts to give my much neglected blog a little inky love (that's inky with an "I" not kinky... just for the record lol).
Anyway this card is a sneak peek at some new products available next week in the Summer mini. I love this DSP! when I first started stamping I was all about the bold brights colour family but then I discovered DSP and I toned things down a bit to use all those gorgeous DSP colour combo's. I know that we have pink flamingo as a bright colour combo, but flamingoes just really do nothing for me so I haven't really had a bright DSP option up until now and I'm loving it sick! I'll be dusting off those bold brights ink pads so watch out!
This card is for my brother-in-law Chris and his now fiance Amy as their engagement card, (I'm so excited they're engaged - We love Amy and she loves us - or at least does a good job of putting up with us lol) so I thought the "Butterfly Prints" ('nother sneak peek item) sentiment was perfect for an engagement card, especially since we're so "pleased" that they're engaged.

You can keep your brights, just not me! I will admit though, the flamingo paper is rather cute!
